I am passionate about helping individuals find freedom, growth, and healing in areas where they may feel broken or disconnected. My goal is to support you in living with greater self-acceptance, emotional awareness, and authentic vulnerability — at a pace that feels safe and empowering for you.
I have experience working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, anger, stress, self-worth, identity concerns, life transitions, and relational challenges. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
Both my personal and professional experiences led me to the counseling profession and shaped my deep love for people from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds. I believe healing is possible for everyone, and I would be honored to walk with you as you navigate life’s toughest terrain.
